What is your Exchange policy?

To initiate an exchange, you must contact our Customer Support Team within 3 days from the date of receiving the product after 3 days the complain will not be entertained. In case of damaged/wrong product the reverse pick-up service is available within a specific time frame of 7 to 8 days. However, please note that it is only available in selected areas. Before requesting a reverse pick-up, kindly check if your location falls within our service area to ensure that we can facilitate the return of your item. If your area is covered, you can initiate the return process following our provided instructions. What is your Return policy?

The product must be in its original, sealed condition, and it should not have been used. Instead of providing a monetary refund, the policy offers a voucher. This voucher will be equivalent in value to the purchase price of the returned product. The voucher can be used for a future purchase, allowing you to deduct the voucher's value from the total cost of your next shopping transaction.
