Pre Sale Questions

You can place an order on our website at allurebeauty.pk. Or we can place an order for you if you call us at 0300-0725776. You can also message us on Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp. You would have to share your Name, Email, Mobile Number, and Address.

We guarantee 100% Authenticity of our products. Our products are sourced either from the principal companies or the authorized distributors/suppliers of the brands

You can create an account or order from Guest Checkout. We would however encourage you to create an account so that you can avail all the offers we have exclusively for our online audience.

You can message us on Facebook, Instagram, or Whatsapp or call us at 0300-0725776 to confirm your order. Alternatively, you could wait for us to call you, we call thrice before cancelling a customer-placed order.

Once a tracking number is tagged on your order, you will be notified via SMS and Email, after that you can track your order using our logistic partner's website.

You can transfer money to us through Direct Deposit, we also have Credit Card, Debit Card available. And we also offer Cash on Delivery services (COD).

After the order has been delivered, the customer has the right to exchange the product within 3 days of receiving the product provided that it has not been used and the packaging has not been opened/damaged. He/She has to pay the shipping charges as well.

Products can be returned within 3 days of receiving, Provided it isn’t used.
