How to apply wet eyeshadows:

The eyeshadow applicator (a natural bristle brush will work best) is soaked in a liquid color fixer called "fixer":

• we apply the liquid directly to the eyelid, moistening it evenly, and then cover it with a shadow

• we take the shadow on a damp brush and put it on the eyelid
